The neighbors were hesitant when we told them our plan because it was so different, but now they all love it as much as we do. I can home yesterday to find a lawn full of neighbors, because it is so soft and smells so good. We LOVE it.
So here it is, after about 4-5 weeks of growth, only watering about 2 times per week:

If you like well manicured, golf course grass, this is not the lawn for you. If you love mowing and watering a LOT less while still having a green yard all summer and doing better by the environment all while smelling a beautiful smell every time you walk through your yard, this is the seed for you!

Thanks so much for posting this about your lawn. We need to reseed ours badly. It has been taken over by clover and bees and I've been stung because of the honey bees living in the lawn. How has your lawn held up and does it attract lots of bees? I'd love to have a greener, low maintenance solution!
We still love it! It does change from season to season, which is kind of cool. We do get some bees, but they are the little tiny stingless ones, which are no bother. The neighborhood kids, did and cats love to roll around in our because it smells so good. We really recommend it, barely any watering (1x a week or less) or mowing (1x a month) and its gorgeous green all year long.
